지난 16일 해오름 동맹 도시 포항시와 울산광역시 남구 홍보 부서 간 소셜미디어(SNS) 협약 체결이 남구 구정 홍보단 워크숍과 함께 포항에서 진행되었는데요, 울산남구 블로그 기자단으로 활동하는 동안 워크숍 참여해 보고 싶어 동행해 보았습니다.

아침 8시 30분 집결해 단체사진 촬영 후 포항으로 떠나는 길, 아침부터 모인 홍보단을 위해 간식 꾸러미 한가득 쥐어주셔 버스 안에서 편하게 이동할 수 있었답니다.
저는 블로그 기자단으로 구정 홍보단에 참여 중이지만 이외에 다양한 홍보 분야 분들이 참석해 서로 인사도 나누고 이야기하다 보니 금방 도착하더라고요. 만나서 반가웠습니다 🙂

포항시 소셜기자와 울산 남구 구정 홍보단의 우호 증진을 도모하고 SNS 홍보 활성화를 위한 상호 협력을 지속해 나가기로 약속하는 자리로 협약식 이후 드라마의 인기와 함께 ‘인생 샷’ 장소로 유명해진 포항 구룡포 일본인 가옥거리 일대를 둘러보며 다양한 문화 콘텐츠를 체험하는 시간도 가지기로 했어요.

2023 포항, 울산 남구 SNS 동맹 협약식을 위해 이것저것 많이 준비해 주신 포항 측. (특히 캐릭터 탈 쓴 두 분 고생 많으셨습니다…)
포항&울산 남구 SNS 협약 체결 행사는, 포항시 소개에 이어 울산 남구 측과 함께 앞으로의 방향성과 서로 간의 협력 등 다양한 주제를 토대로 진행 후 대표 캐릭터 교환 식도 가졌답니다.
보여주신 영상 속 포항의 관광 포인트 중 최근 생긴 스페이스 워크가 눈길을 끌었는데 저도 이날 처음 알게 되어 다음 방문 때는 꼭 한번 들러봐야겠다 싶었어요.
울산 남구와 포항시는 이번 협약을 통해 울산고래축제와 포항국제불빛축제 등 지역 대표축제와 고향사랑 기부제, 중점사업 홍보활동 등 서로 협력하기로 약속하고 운영 중인 공식 SNS 채널에 두 도시 관련 콘텐츠를 제작하는 한편 SNS 주민 홍보단 교류를 적극 지원하기로 했다고 해요.
향후 서로 간의 활발한 교류 및 성장이 꾸준히 이어지길 바라봅니다. 🙂

현장체험 프로그램 1 “구룡포 일본인 가옥 거리”
구룡포 일본인 가옥거리가 생긴 배경은 1883년 조선말 일본과 체결한 “조일통상장정” 이란 조약을 통해서인데요, 이때를 기점으로 본격적인 일본인들의 조선행이 이어졌다고 해요.
특히 조선 멸망 후 1920년대부터 30년대에 일본인들은 조선 땅에서 여러 사업을 이어가는데 구룡포항은 어업 전진 기지가 되어 일본인들의 선박법 생선 가공업 등으로 자리를 잡고 여러 일본 어부들이 정착하기에 이르러 1932년에는 일본인 가구 수가 320여 가구가 되었으며 일본 교육을 위한 심상소학교, 요리집 등 번화한 일본 문화지역으로 발전하였다고 해요.
해방 후 모두 일본으로 돌아가고 남은 흔적이 현재의 구룡포 일본인 가옥거리인데, 아픈 역사는 역사대로, 현대에 와서는 이곳만의 분위기를 살려 관광지로 변화되어 시민들은 반기고 있었답니다.

입구 계단을 올라가면 드라마 동백이에서도 나온 포토뷰 장소가 펼쳐지는데 포항에 이런 곳이 있었구나 싶었어요.

원래는 식사 후 현장체험 순이지만 아침에 나눠 받은 간식 덕에 다들 배가 안 고픈 느낌적인 느낌이라 현장체험 후 식사 코스로 일정 조율해 주셨어요. 역시나 산책 후 먹는 대게는 말해 뭐 하겠습니다.

교육 및 토론 시간으로 방문한 네스트 카페. 다들 바다 뷰에 사진도 찍고 이야기도 나누며 좋을 시간 보낼 수 있었습니다.
현장체험 프로그램 2 “영천 와이너리 체험”
마지막 프로그램으로 가장 젊은 와인메이커 부부가 운영 중인 영천의 가장 남쪽에 위치한 블러썸 와이너리에서 와인 시음 및 와인 만들기 체험을 진행하였는데요, 조별로 착석해 각 3잔의 와인을 음미하며 와인 생산 과정과 마실 때 알아야 할 기본 사항을 교육받는 유익한 시간이었습니다.
직접 만든 와인은 과연 마실 수 있게 숙성될지 미리 걱정이지만 체험 자체는 몹시 즐거웠습니다 ㅎㅎ
이날 배운 꿀팁은 와인 바닥 부분이 깊게 들어간 와인일수록 비싼가?라는 주제였는데 예전엔 그러했으나 요즘은 비싼 와인이란 인식을 위해 의도적으로 따라가는 경우가 많아 꼭 그렇진 않다는 답변이었습니다. (와린이들 업무 참조하세요)

입구 포도밭은 8~10월쯤 포도가 영글면 더 아름다운 모습이라고 해요. 지금은 귀여운 포도 방울들이 여물 준비 중이었습니다.
