하루 하루를 감사하는 마음을 갖고 즐거운 행복을 찾아가는 도산 노인 복지관을 찾아 갔다.
도산복지관의 vision은 어르신의 행복한 삶을 디자인하는 지역복지 파트너에 항상 건강하고 배우며 적극적인 참여로 존경받는 어르신(선배시민)이 되자는 운영목표로 사회복지법인 한국장로교복지재단이 2014년 1월 수탁 체결로 운영 법인으로 시작되었다.
남구 대암로에 위치한 복지관으로 대지 2,061㎡. 연면적2,353,37㎡로

◯. 1층 서예실, 라운지룸, 프로그램실, 상담실, 대강당
◯. 2층 컴퓨터실, 체력단련실, 물리치료실, 사무실, 관장실, 각 프로그램실
◯. 3층 식당, 탁구장, 당구장
◯. 4층 소강당, 맞춤돌봄 사무실등을 갖추고 이곳을 찾는 모든 노인들에게 복지시설의 혜택을 제공하고 있으며,운영은 ① 평생교육및취미여가지원사업 ② 상담 및 정서생활지원사업 ③ 사회참여지원 및 자원봉사 사업 ③새대통합사업 ④노인일자리 및 사회활동지원사업 ⑤ 건강증진지원사업 ⑥노인맞춤 돌봄 서비스사업 ⓻사례관리사업 ⓼지역복지연계사업 .연구개발사업.후원사업등으로 지역 어르신들을 대상으로 많은 프로그램을 제공하여 즐겁고 행복한 노후 생활의 삶의 질이 향상될 수 있도록 전 관원이 관심을 갖고 항상 새로운 프로그램개발에도 적극적인 노력을 기울이고 있다고 한다.
복지관운영조직은 ◯관장 ◯부장 ◯복지지원팀◯복지1팀(노인일자리및사회활동지원사업/노인권익증진사업/세대통합사업/연구개발사업)◯복지2팀(평생교육 및 취미여가지원/상담사업/정서생활지원사업/사회참여지원사업/지역지원개발사 별도 전반적인 운영에 관한 프로그램관리 및 운영 방안에 대하여 확인하고 개선할 수 있는 방안을 찾기 위한 운영위원회를 두고 있기도 하다.인원은 관장 포함 21명으로 운영되고 있다.
현재 운영되고 있는 프로그램은 ◯어학교실(한글반.영어반.일본어반.중국어반) ◯ 건강교실(신바람체조반/실버로빅반/건강체조반/댄스반/요가반/당구.탁구반) ◯서예교신(서예반/사군자반) ◯ 인문학교실 ◯스마트.컴퓨터반 ◯ 음악교실(장구.노래.난타.하모니카.오커리나반) ◯ 취미 만들기교실반으로 구분 프로그램이 운영되고 있으며, 운영시간은 평일 09시에서 18시까지며 등록 가능인원은 1,440명에 현재 수업인원은 1,254명에 이르고 있다.-끝-
