이날 행사는 구직 중인 울산 청년을 대상으로

취업에 관한 정보 제공 및 궁금증을 해결해 주는 취지로 마련되었고,

많은 청년들이 참석해 자리를 빛내주었다.

멘토단은 공기업과 사기업에 재직 중인

21명의 울산대학교 출신 선배들로 구성되었고

각 기업별 부스를 마련해,

구직 중인 후배들이 자유롭게 오고 가며

이야기를 나눌 수 있도록 진행되었다.

사전 교육을 받고 있는 선배 멘토단 21명

취업선배 멘토 day 1,2부는 멘토단 간담회 및 사전교육으로,

멘토링을 시작하기 전 멘토 소개 및 멘토단 네트워크를 구성하고,

전문가의 멘토링 시 유의사항 및 유용한 학습방법 등을

교육하는 시간을 가졌다.

이후 3부는 멘티인 구직자들의 취업에 관한

조언 및 고민을 상담하는 일대일 컨설팅으로 이루어져,

멘토 본인만의 취업 준비 과정, 취업 시 유용한 꿀팁,

직무별 현장 실무를 설명하는 멘토링으로 진행되었다.

4시간가량 이루어진 이 행사는 취업을 희망하는

울산 청년들의 열정과 적극적인 참여로 성공적으로 마무리되었다.
