생활에 불편을 느끼는 주민들이 워낙 많다보니 일일이 다 찾아가 수리를 해준다는 것에 어려움이 있어

주민자치과에서는 좀 더 많은 주민들에게 생활불편을 들어주기 위해 직접 동을 찾아가 수리교육을 실시하게 되었습니다.

그 첫동네가 신정1동으로 정해졌고, 크로바아파트에서 교육을 실시했습니다.

신정1동 통장들과 크로바아파트주민이 참여를 해 좋은 호응을 얻었습니다.

수리교육을 받은 후,  실제로 수리를 원하는 사람은 수리를 해보도록 했는데, 크로바아파트소장님이 나가서 세면대 수전 교체를 해 박수를 받았습니다.

 이번 수리교육을 통해 공구 몇 가지만 있으면 손쉽게 교체를 할 수 있다는 것을 알게 되었고, 배운 기술을 이웃에게 베풀 수 있다면 더없이 좋을 것 같았습니다.

완벽하지는 않지만 어느정도는 수리를 할 수 있을 것 같은 자신감이 생겨 교육을 잘 받았다다는 생각이 들었습니다.

‘OK생활민원기동대’는 ‘베스트행정서비스의 날’  즉, 1년에 한 번 각 동을 찾아가   OK생활민원기동대의 활약이 빛을 발하는 날입니다.

베스트행정서비스의 날이 되면 고장난 물건을 들고와 줄을 서서 기다릴 정도로 인기가 많습니다.

작동이 안되던 물건이 기동대 대원의 손에만 가면 바로 작동을 해 주인의 입에 함박웃음이 핍니다. 

 교육이 끝나고 참석한 주민들에게 무료로 칼을 갈아주는 서비스가 있었습니다. 

크로바아파트에 사시는 심길자여사님은 두 자루의 칼을 갈았다면서 고맙다는 인사를 연거푸 하셨습니다.

“나 같이 잘 걷지도 못하는 사람들한테 직접 와서 칼을 갈아 줘서 얼마나 고마운지 모릅니다. 감사합니다.”

 남구청 주민자치과에서는 올해부터 각 동을 찾아가 주민들에게 소규모 생활불편 수리 교육을 실시하기로 했다고 전했습니다.

그 시작 동네가 신정1동 크로바아파트였고, 나머지 13개 동도 차례로 돌아가면서 방문 교육을 할거라고 합니다.

차례가 돌아오면 많은 주민이 참여해 교육을 받길 권합니다.

교육을 통해 배워두면 이웃을 위해 봉사도 할 수 있고,  간단한 수리는 수리공을 부르지 않고 스스로 고칠 수 있기 때문에 경제적으로도 도움이 되리라 생각합니다.
